Elizabeth Crafts - Becky Seddon new releases

Good morning!
I really enjoy working with warm tones of papers....earthy and shabby really help get my creative juices flowing!
I wanted to show that Elizabeth Craft Design dies and more are not just for cards - you can use them to make wonderful scrapbook layouts too!

These handsome guys are our son and my hubby....
Ty and Jon have a wonderful relationship....Ty is always willing to help his dad and Jon loves having him around.  They are a lot a like....

For the title & pocket watch I used the die - 'Take Time for you' and cut them from the Maja Designs papers then inked them.  I added the pearl to center of the hands and letter stickers to suit my layout.

I cut three balloons of various sizes using the Vintage Ballon Race Die and added a few pearls and ink

The Lake Scene and Garden Scene background were perfect to make photo pop!

My first project for Elizabeth Craft Designs!

Good morning!

I love making shabby chic cards with lots of layers.
The gorgeous Wood Effect Papers from ModaScrap was perfect to create a shabby card

To start I created my base card using the Soft Finish Cardstock 8.5" X 11" 230gr /85Lb 10 pack then used the Flowers Lace Frame die.  I inked all the edges and parts of the cut outs to add dimension and visual interest.

My next step was to use the Dashing Squares Die, ink and distress the edges.  I layered each piece and added some cord and pearls.

I used the True Love Die for the title that I cut twice so I could create a shadow effect.

I always create a pretty inside of my cards...I continues using the flowers and lace die and the true love die.  Ready for a but of sentiment!

Time goes by Quickly - Creative Embellishments

Good morning!

I am excited to show you my first project of 2018!

This is our Ty....he has grown so much and when I received the awesome steampunk pocket watch I knew what I wanted to created

I originally embossed the time piece in black.  It looked flat to me so I  then rubbed a bit of copper paint on it to bring out the awesome details!

The title piece was perfect - I used the Moments word set!  I embossed in orange to coordinate with the orange in wonderful G45 papers then inked in black for definition

Finally the mini circle panel I embossed it in black and rubbed a bit of the coppery paint too!

Thanks so much for stopping by

I am working with the Scraps of Darkness Halloween kit!

This is our oldest a few years ago - I added a few pieces of Authentique paper from last years kit

For the Blue Fern Chipboard I embossed in black tinsel to add some spookiness!

This is our youngest the same year!
This time I used the Pink Paislee papers!

I love all the fun embellishments from the kit and add ons!
The title is from Tim Holtz!

Christmas Advent Calender - Creative Embellishments

Good morning!
I love Christmas - I really love making people gifts!
I made this super cute Kaisercraft advent calender for my great niece !

I painted it white then decorated each box

I had so much fun decorating this!
For the Santas Helpers I embossed in black because you are not suppose to see them - they are helping the big man!

For the Flourish Tree I embossed with green tinsel then added the super cute Santa Helper.  I also used the tinsel on the Merry Christmas

I embossed two different size snowflakes for the inside of the calender I used these and embossed in white.

I embossed the Santas stop here sign and added large snowflakes embossed in white and Christmas Picks and a large bow to set it off!

I hope she likes it!
